A shed, a pack-house, an off-take yard. Physical infrastructure with software wrapped around it — not software pretending to be infrastructure.

60 / 40 is a covenant, not a rebate.
60% of every rand a hub earns is reinvested into the households in its catchment. 40% funds the operator. Written into every agreement. Non-negotiable.

Ubuntu, not the founder.
No single face, no cult of personality. The network is the moat. The Standard is the product. The people running the hubs are the heroes.

Ship, then narrate.

Regeneration is a return line.
Soil, water, biodiversity and dignity are treated as cash-flowing assets. If a hub can't measure them, it can't book them, and it can't raise against them.

We are not building to sell. We are building a permanent institution — the AU-scale utility for household economics.
