How the tests were run
Every route was opened end to end in a real browser, allowed to hydrate and fetch live data from the backend, screenshotted, and checked for HTTP status, page title and JavaScript runtime errors (pageerror listener attached per navigation). Interaction flows were then driven with real clicks and typed input. Public QR passport routes were additionally probed with invalid identifiers to confirm they fail safe with a friendly 404 rather than a server error.

War Room — executive mothership

- Pulse & trends renders 30-day sparklines with 7-day change, activity feed, top crops and the opportunity funnel
- Alerts & decisions raises, acknowledges and resolves alerts and logs decisions with owners
- CSV export downloads a board-pack snapshot
Unified mapping across field and board
Pass- Open /app/map and /app/warroom
- Both render the same Farm Map component (Esri satellite/street, hub pins and radii, farm polygons, crop zones, network sites)
- War Room additionally plots amber buyback capture points
- The duplicate Mapbox map component has been removed — no mis-mapping between views
Server-function health
Pass- Reload War Room, dashboard, profile and roles on an authenticated admin session

Notes & known conditions
- •Run of 2026-08-18 (evening pass): the War Room command centre, the unified Farm Map and server-function health were re-verified in a real browser on an authenticated admin session — war room data, pulse, profile and roles all return HTTP 200 with live payloads and no runtime errors.
- •A framework version mismatch that caused intermittent 500s on server calls was diagnosed and fixed; the duplicate Mapbox map component was removed so field and board views share one map.
- •Run of 2026-08-18: 53 of 53 routes returned HTTP 200 with zero JavaScript runtime errors captured. Public QR routes were probed with invalid identifiers and now return a friendly not-found page instead of a 500 — the one issue found in this pass, fixed and re-verified in the same run.
- •Mapbox tile requests are blocked inside the isolated test sandbox; maps render normally on the live preview and published site.
- •One cosmetic hydration notice on the landing search input (browser autofill styling). No user-visible impact.
- •Security scan items raised earlier (function search paths, security-definer execution, self-inserted scores and achievements, quiz answer exposure) were fixed and re-verified.
